| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description The Smooth 7.6HR Pro Power folding treadmill is designed with a quiet, powerful 3.0 HP motor and the Easy-Up power fold featuring a switch that elevates the deck into the upright position to free up floor space. The Im-Pression shock absorption technology provides a soft landing for the front foot and firm push-off for the rear foot, reducing harmful impact on the joints and back.

| Customer Reviews: Nice tradmill June 11, 2009 OlManRivah (Tidewater, Virginia) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I've had this model for about 5 months now. This is a very nice treadmill. It comes with "In House" installation and setup which I highly recommend. This thing weighs quite a bit and is a little awkward to unbox and setup.
You don't want UPS to drop this thing off on your front porch.
It has a lot of features and programmable settings to auto your workout. The push button raise and lower feature is just great. Comes in handy for cleaning around device and when extra room is needed.
I'm 6 foot tall and the long length pad is very nice. The only draw back is that for a 6 foot guy, the side rails aren't high enough to, comfortably, hold while running. They are not adjustable.
Outside of the side rails, I really like this treadmill.
Terrible customer service July 13, 2010 Brian L. Printz (Colorado Springs, CO) I wish I would have read the online customer reviews across the internet before purchasing the Smooth 7.6 Treadmill. Customer service with this company is very poor. After being told I would receive the treadmill in 5-7 days, I contacted the company after 2 weeks. The company indicated thanked me for my patience but gave no indication on when I would receive the treadmill. After 3 weeks I got the same answer. When I expressed concern, the customer service manager said that their contracted shipping company was hurting their reputation but did not offer a solution or a way to make it better for me as the customer. When I asked to speak with her supervisor, she indicated that she was the supervisor. When I asked to speak with the CEO, she condescendingly asked if I wanted to speak with Bill Gates. Unbelievable response from someone who is the customer service manager for the company, the spokesperson for the organization. Finally she said she would leave a message for her boss. We exchanged two voice mails but that was it as far as an effort by the company. Despite offering to provide free set-up and a box of extras after I became quite upset, none of those promises were kept when the treadmill finally arrived at 6 weeks. My efforts to contact the customer service representative did not bother to respond. I have never been treated this poorly by a company. Many other customers apparently have been treated similarly. My biggest concern now is how I will be treated should I have any problems with this machine. I wish I would have purchased a model from True or Sole.
As a side note, the power folding feature is very poor in this model. It is extremely slow to raise the deck and it requires you hold the button until it has concluded it's operation. I don't think the power option in necessary, especially after trying a model by True that is quite simple and requires very little effort to manually lift.
Unreliable treadmill June 9, 2010 Student Worked for 6 months, then broke. Took Smooth Fitness 2 months to repair it under warranty. I am only rating it 2 stars instead of 1 because they did repair it after all. Let's see how long it lasts.
