| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description Like the rest of the Smooth 6-Series family of folding treadmills, the 6.45M is a budget-friendly machine built to withstand your most intense running or fitness walking workout. With your favorite music beaming out of top-quality speakers, you can't help but be motivated to exercise harder and longer on your treadmill. The 60" running surface, patented Swing ArmTM shock absorption and superior stability make the Smooth 6.45M feel much more like a health club unit than a space-saving folding treadmill for the home.

| Customer Reviews: Long wait, but satisfied September 28, 2009 Target-holic (New Jersey) 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
Ordered this directly from Smooth Fitness on 9/8; finally received on 10/9. My credit card was charged immediately after purchase; it supposedly sold out "due to popular demand but more is coming." Just a warning to those who are anxious to receive it like I was!
It is now a month later, and I have used a fair amount of times. It is quiet and sturdy; don't use the handles to lift yourself off the treadmill, however. It is not meant to support your body weight. Heart monitor is useless - will register a pulse rate even if you don't have the chest strap on or your hands on the pulse bars. The ipod plug in is handy if you don't like the hassle of ear phones. It is not the greatest stereo system, but what would you expect from a treadmill? It does the job just fine, and what I do is turn up the volume on the ipod and it works. The incline is quiet too, and overall I am pleased with the durability and portability (can lift and move on wheels) of the product. It was fairly easy to put together - follow the pictures, and be careful not to pinch the wires when putting the pieces together. Highly recommend paying for delivery inside - it is VERY heavy.
