i got this treadmill this week. I am a grandmother but walk on treadmills everyday. This one is so nice for my arms and a bonus fan is great.It is the best treadmill I have ever owned and I have owned two of them.

Product arrived scratched and cracked. It wouldn't start. The individuals at the phone number, at the service center, would not assist me, even holding for over 25 minutes. I've paid for this piece of equipment and it will continue to gather dust remaining inoperative. I'VE BEEN HAD!
